 Safety improvement areas are grouped into two categories

1. Unsafe Conditions
2. Unsafe Behaviors

While unsafe conditions are often the focus of most safety discussions, unsafe behaviors cause the majority of safety incidents.

We expect all of our employees to practice safe work behaviors.  We then go a step beyond by fully empowering our employees.  They do not need to ask a manager or supervisor.  If they don't feel comfortable with the task or situation, they are empowered to STOP WORK.
